I want to thank you because you each played a powerful and impactful role in my life as I searched to uncover the person I am today. Dena really kicked it off at her women's retreat at the Sanctuary Resort - thank you! It was at that retreat I realized my identity was confused with my roles and I had the devastating and heart breaking reality that I didn't know who I was under my roles (like my biggest role being a lawyer). It's been a roller coaster of self discovery and I wouldn't change a moment of it. Thank you for daring to take the ride with me. My heart overflows with love.

I attended my first Chat, Chew & Chocolate event last night in Scottsdale and I have to say it was an enlightening experience. I felt as though I could drop all troubles at the door and enjoy meeting and talking with a group of intelligent, compassionate and thought-provoking women. The format was wonderful and allows for sharing of so much information, stories and goals. I just wanted to thank you for founding such an outstanding organization.

My name is Bobbie from Tempe Arizona and I have two children,36 and 23 years old. Chat Chew and Chocolate is more than just a woman's group event once a month, it's a place where we can relax with fabulous woman of all ages to connect, laugh, and share real life experiences. It's an inspirational event dedicated to bringing personal balance to a sometimes challenging private life. Chat Chew and Chocolate also provides educational programs, private events and retreats throughout the year. I have attended most all of Ahwatukee chapter events for 3 years. The signature events provide interaction and new friendships inspired by amazing woman, motivational guest speakers that are Lifestyle Experts in their fields, and don't forget the Chocolate! Food and wine are always provided and door prizes are given out throughout the evening. The difference between this woman's organization and others is there's no snobs, no gossip, no networking, no men, just woman having fun! The thing I like most about attending each event is the way I feel when I leave. I feel more complete, more honest with myself. And most of all, inspired by such fabulous woman that share some of the most intimate experiences of there life. Personal things that I could relate to but could never talk about. I've learned a lot about being honest with myself and nurturing goodness in others. It's the first time in my life that I have felt such a comfort zone with other woman. Thank you Chat Chew and Chocolate for allowing us to be real!

Thanks for a great evening last night, I was glad I got out to experience CCC. I really enjoyed the small group thing. It was hard at first because I haven't done that type of thing in a long time. I realized that I was mostly missing that in my life. I loved the interaction of small groups at the tables--it was great to get out of my comfort zone. Chat, Chew and Chocolate is making a huge difference in a lot or women's lives.

Liz, I have to tell you how much I am enjoying this organization. In Indiana, I was on the board of 2 woman's organizations, and I formed many close friendships through those; however, we were primarily about business and philanthropy. CCC is so refreshing. I'll be honest; even though a have a very public job, I am an introvert, and it is hard for me to go into a new group and interact. It's easier in a business organization because I have a purpose and a role. I was worried about attending CCC the first time because I wondered if it would just be all social and everyone would know everyone else, etc., etc.BUT, the way the evening is organized makes it easy to join in without knowing anyone. The format, themes, and questions provide that "purpose" that I generally need to feel comfortable in a new group. I feel like I will make some good friends via CCC.
