When you register for certain Chat Chew and Chocolate LLC products and or services, we will ask you to provide personal information. We use the information we collect to provide the services you request. We use your information to inform you of other products or services offered by Chat Chew and Chocolate LLC and its affiliates. We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. Chat Chew and Chocolate LLC is a licensed retailer which utilizes a secure website for all transactions. Any information obtained will not be transferred outside of Chat Chew and Chocolate LLC.

Refund Policy:
Chat Chew and Chocolate LLC gladly accepts returns/exchanges of our products within 30 days of original purchase. Returns without a receipt will be refunded at the lowest on sale price within the last 30 days in the form of a Chat Chew and Chocolate LLC Merchandise Return Voucher. No refunds 30 days after original purchase date. No refunds on services or events.

Opt-Out/Change of Subscription:
You can change the status of your eClub subscription or to your personal information by logging into your account and editing your information. Additionally, all communications that CCC sends you will contain a clearly worded "Unsubscribe" link allowing you to withdraw your permission for future emailings.

Third Party ads and links:
CCC may feature on its website, in our newsletters, or in its e-mail communications to you links to third-party web sites. These may appear in the form of text links, advertisements, banners, buttons, integrated gift services, digital gift certificates, or otherwise. The goods and services available through these links are offered by independent companies, which are not affiliated in any way with CCC. CCC makes no representations as to the quality, workmanship, value, appropriateness, or reliability of the merchandise available financial viability of any advertiser. CCC will not reimburse or indemnify you for any losses you may incur as a result of transactions with any CCC advertiser. Users: please be advised to use discretion in selecting companies to do business with online.

Acceptable Use Policy
CCC has agree to the following Acceptable Use Policy in order to assure that its evites are used in a lawful and appropriate manner. While CCC does not ordinarily monitor the content of users' evites, it reserves the right to investigate reports of misuse of its service and to protect its property and assets. The following conduct is prohibited on the service:

  • attempting to steal passwords or credit card information;
    * sending messages in furtherance of unlawful, criminal, or fraudulent activity; or
    * attempting to conceal or misrepresent the identity of the sender.
  • sending harassing, abusive, or threatening messages;
    * sending obscene or pornographic messages or images;
    * sending defamatory or libelous messages;
    * sending viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files;

Violations of the CCC's Acceptable Use Policy will not be tolerated and may result in the sender being blocked from sending additional greetings on the service. If the sender is a member of CCC's subscription service, CCC may disable the sender's account.

Spam
You may not use the eClub benefit, Evites, to send online evites to mailing lists to which you do not have full rights or to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages. CCC reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, the number of cards or messages that you may send using the Site and/or the number of recipients to which you send such cards or messages. You are solely responsible for your actions and communications undertaken or transmitted using this Site. We do not exercise editorial control over your transmissions; however, we do reserve the right to review your uploads and transmissions in order to ensure compliance with these Terms.
