Ok a couple Me Time hints for you to bring you BAC to center, yes BAC! Your center is your most powerful place and the further you get from it the more drained you feel, so get BAC! B stands for boundaries, A sounds for accountability and C stands for conscience living. If you honor your boundaries and stick to what is important, then you will have a little more time to spend on yourself. Hold yourself accountable for the choices and the time management of your day-don't let it get the best of you. Lastly, make conscience choices that HONOR your higher self and your goals-don't get tied up in quilt, other people and 'shoulds' (As I say don't should on yourself). Now, get out there and spend some time and love on yourself!

Hi Ladies! Jenn Kaye, your Relationships & Communications expert. "ME" time is SO important for maintaining healthy relationships. (So often women become consumed in their lives & lose themselves in the process).

Admittedly, I LOVE my morning ritual "me" time. I start every day with writing in my gratitude journal, enjoy a cup of my favorite beverage, read something inspiring and take the time to create my day. It doesn't matter whether it's 5 minutes or 50, I know that I've made ME the most important part of my day.

It keeps me energized, rejuvenated...& truthfully, when I make the time for ME each day, I am able to be more present, loving & honest in my relationship. (What a GREAT side benefit!)

"Me" time??? It's critical for my sanity!!! Whether it's taking a quick break at work to walk around the AZ Supreme Court building or gazing at my favorite picture of a beach, closing my eyes and visualizing myself there, I make sure to get at least 15 minutes of "ME" time every day!!! Do you? If you don't and want some other ideas, let me know. I'm happy to share! Call me at (480) 390-0489 and we'll chat!

Hi im Holly. I usually have "me" time in the morning. I like to run and workout. By doing this I can relieve and escape my daily stresses, worries, or other negative emotions. When I run I just think of where I stay focused on all my positive thoughts and people that make me happy.

Hi My name is Susan I take time out every day to meditate. Meditation is more than just taking time out to relax. As you go within your outer life changes. I focus on my heartbeat and in 5 to 10 minutes your mind calms down, creating some space to be at peace within. As I was taught by my teacher I love to share what I have learned. If interested in learning the technique of meditation let me know.

My "ME" time is the most important time of the day. It's what keeps me going the rest of the day. Each afternoon I take time to read for a few minutes or an hour - the amount of time doesn't matter. I vary the place - my deck, a kayak on the water, a local coffe shop. Nor does it matter what I'm reading - the latest mystery or business consulting book.

What is important is that for a few minutes each day, I know the world will STOP and I can just focus on doing something that makes me happy. It's of no value to anyone else - it's a personal indulgence - just for MARVELOUS ME!

Create your own ME Time Ritual. Try it I'm sure you'll like it!
