Start every day centered, confident, and energized by taking 5 quiet minutes to reflect and decide what your "Perfect Day" looks and feels like.

How do you "find" the quiet time? Two solutions:
1. Create it. You deserve it.
2. Do it while you do other things - brushing your teeth, waiting at the stop light, or before you go into the
office. A little "on purpose" multi-tasking focused entirely on you is definitely ok!
