Restful sleep is necessary for health, vitality, longevity and fat loss as well as a strong-functioning immune system.
Deep sleep is a time when our energy is restored and replenished. The healing of mind, body and spirit occurs during deep, restful sleep. Our brain waves will normally shift to a lower vibrational frequency as we move from the initial stages of sleep to the deeper stages, such as the rapid eye movement stage (REM).
