Everyone wants to make a good first impression when meeting new people (especially on a first date!) Research shows that first impressions - positive or negative - are made within 3 seconds to 4 minutes of an initial meeting. First impressions are influenced by a variety of physical cues, including facial symmetry, approachability & the attractiveness of your smile - without you even having to say a word!
