Start mediating for 10 minutes per day. Your immune system functions better when you are not stressed. Stress causes your body to be flooded with stress hormones. Meditation is a mental discipline to get beyond the thinking mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Look on the internet, get a video or book from the library or attend a class to find a style that works for you. You will be calmer, plus feel and look better!
