The first time that you notice that neon blue screen on the airplane giving you facts and figures about your flight AND your destination, change your watch immediately to the local time of your destination. That is what time it is for you now. Do your best to adjust while on the plane. When you arrive, you've arrived. Absolutely NO calculating what time it is back where you started, it prolongs the jet lag. The correct time is what it says on your watch.
Bon Voyage & Happy Trails.
