In this day and age, it's important to know how to make technology work FOR you in your communications, instead of against. More misunderstanding and communication crises erupt because of poor texting etiquette.

DO:

- Keep it short and sweet

- Be appropriate

- Use to create touchpoints throughout the day

DON'T

- Use texting for emotional conversations

- Ramble on

- Substitute texting for meaningful connection
