Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
Feeling a little stagnant? Things not moving the way you want? Stop taking your life (and your self) so seriously! Get with a girlfriend, play with your kids, be gentler with yourself and get your giggle on in your day girlfriend!
