Hello ladies,

Although often thought as cheesy (get over it), it's simple, it's tried, it's tested and yes, it's true. You can keep track of your little ones and/or entire group if you dress in matching t-shirts or at least clothing of the same color. When trying to keep track of luggage, tickets, passports, taking off your winter boots, plopping your keys and cell phone in the provided tray, and ooops you've forgotten that you have a water bottle in your purse----the last thing you need is to try to frantically remember what your child is wearing because he/she is suddenly no longer holding your hand! It also relieves anxiety in the children because they know that they can spot YOU more easily if you are all wearing the same color. Additionally, they will be able to report what you are wearing to authorities should they get lost. Since other passengers and personnel will notice your cute coordinated family, it will put predators off your trail. No one wants to mess with a mom who's put this much effort and forethought into keeping her kids safe and noticed at an airport!!

Another GREAT thing for families is matching baseball caps---I recommend red. I learned this by flying Gulf Air two year ago. They complemented the kids with red baseball caps. The rest of my trip and all my transfers were so easy from then! Now every trip we take, we promote Gulf Air with our free red baseball caps! You can take a head count in seconds! It's an easy, inexpensive way to stick together.
