Studies show that the amount of toxins in bottled water go up 90% after 6 months. Many expiration or use by dates are set for 2 years. To be safe, drink only water that is within 18 months of the expiration date.

Get a Number 5 (resin code) reuseable water bottle.

Polypropylene plastic water bottles are made with fewer chemicals than other types of bottles.
