Tip-

Looking for a healthy afternoon snack? Try making microwave popcorn in a paper bag. Popcorn is a great low calorie source of fiber and will tide you over until dinner.

You'll need:

1/4 C popcorn

1 paper lunch bag

1 staple

That's it. Pour the popcorn in the bag. Fold the top over and staple once (the staple won't spark). Turn on the microwave for five minutes and listen. When the popping slows to about 1 per second, stop the microwave, take out the bag, open carefully (it will be hot), and enjoy.

A great snack for busy women!
