Can it really be that easy? Can a change in attitude make you look younger and more beautiful? Yes it can! Not long ago I was angry, frustrated and depressed. I blamed everyone and everything around me for things that weren't working in my life. I didn't understand it at the time but my negativity was keeping everything I wanted away.
It was hard for me to accept responsibility for the way my life was going. I really wanted to be happy and prosperous and full of joy, so why wasn't I? I heard the news, we were in a recession, and things were bad all over. But were they really? No they weren't, but I thought so because the outside world provided all the evidence I needed to be convinced. But when I forced myself to look at all of the business that was still being done out there, all of the people that still had jobs, and all of the opportunity that was still available I began to see things differently. That marked my change in attitude. When I looked at all of the things I did have in my life: my family, friends, health, and abundance from prior efforts, I was amazed and a little embarrassed at not appreciating everything I have. That's how gratitude works ... The more you have, the more you get!
So what does this have to do with looking younger or more beautiful? It's simple really. Fear and lack and judgment can't live in a heart that feels joyful and abundant. And those feelings of love and acceptance open our hearts to everything we truly desire. So when your life is full of the people you love, and you're doing what you were called to do in this life, you radiate from the inside out! You can't help but smile and those worry lines on your forehead and between your eyes magically disappear. I call this wonderful natural phenomenon Inner Radiance. And yes, you do look younger and more beautiful on the outside when it happens! I've seen it in client after client.
