Although 2010 was a up-and-down roller coaster ride for most people it was also filled with plenty of great lessons for most everyone I've talked to. I'm personally grateful for some really great people in my life that I got to know this year, but I'm also thankful that this time last year I set some bold goals for 2010 that I was very intentional about achieving throughout this year (read them here). I can say that each one of those goals took a lot of attention and intention to make real. I didn't accomplish two of them: health/fitness (want to work out more) and the 3 separate weeks of vacation (although we took a bunch of weekend trips and one long Christmas trip), but all the others were accomplished. The good news is that my prediction about 2011 is it is going to be BIG and bold! Are you ready to put the last 1-2 years behind you and make a fresh, bold start? Me too.
Say HELLO 2011 with a new attitude and commitment to serve, to love, to succeed, to receive and to play like you NEVER have before. As a lifestyle and leadership coach for the past 10 years I have seen the amazing transformation of women (and men) who have broke through their barriers and gone after the changes they wanted, and ACHIEVED them! So, my STAND for you in 2011 is supporting you through these articles to BE your greatness, GO for your goals, and HAVE faith that your life can be AS great as you want it to be....but it starts with giving up any excuses that have held you back. In these articles I'll be challenging you like I've never done before. I'll be helping you to give up any 'smallness' that is lingering around and step into your greatness. I'll be challenging you to BE bold and get the training you need to break through any barriers that are holding you back. I'll be challenging you to give up excuses and move forward. I'll be challenging you to surround yourself with empowering people who support you. I'll be challenging you only say YES to things that honor your boundaries and your values. I'll be challenging you to take baby steps and have courage like you've never had before. I'll be challenging you to walk your faith (whatever that is) more boldly and everyday. I'll be challenging you to BE the person (leader, parent, wife, friend) you've always wanted to be!
Like any change it starts with an idea - that becomes a goal - that gets support - that starts with a baby step - that makes a little progress - that builds momentum - that gets results - then gets more results - then takes another baby step, and soon that idea is transformed into a new habit/new job/new marriage/new faith/ new leader etc.

-living my
path and speaking my truth at all moments
-passionate
and loving wife, friend and mother
-walk my walk as a Christian and serve in that role as often as possible
-maintaining my health and fitness (I'll be hiring a trainer for this one!)
-be an effective and compassionate leader and role model
-Facilitate and encourage love, play, & success as often as I can
-transform my new house to a 'home' and get settled 'smoothly'
-travel often (1 week 3-4 times per year) and create opportunities with fun for family/friends
-build Chat, Chew and Chocolate Globally
-serve at least 1000 people through my speaking/coaching/classes
