Do I run 5 miles daily, eat only organic, eat no processed or fast foods, meditate and do yoga? Actually, I'm just like you - overworked, running from activity to activity with the kids, catching fast meals, struggling to eat healthy, exercising infrequently, and struggling to sleep.

My quest began with bad genetics and health "situations". The human body is an incredible machine designed to heal itself (especially given the right tools). Prevention is less expensive and less painful than disease. Drugs and surgery are often not the only answers.

I help people find solutions to their current challenges and create a healthy living environment. A Wellness Home helps our bodies decrease the toxins (air, water, skin care, and organic whole foods supplementation), get deep restorative sleep, get proper nutrition, and fitness. In 18 months, I've seen over 90 amazing and life changing things with a variety of cutting edge technologies and products.

Goals: Educate on wellness, prevention, decreasing toxins, natural technologies (magnetics/infrared), whole foods nutrition, acidity versus alkalinity, smart consumerism and more. Provide easy-to-integrate tips to help you get and stay healthy.
