1. Sleep in complete darkness.
2. Work a first shift.
3. Sleep between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. for 7-8 hours of restful sleep.
4. Fill your car with gas on the way home so that you can immediately change your clothes that were exposed to the gasoline fumes.
5. Do not store your food or beverages in plastic containers; the estrogen-like compounds in the plastic can make their way into the foods and liquids.
6. Avoid processed soy products.
7. Avoid wearing tight-fitting bras; do not sleep with a bra on; enjoy some bra-free time every day.
8. Massage breasts a few times a week (or have someone massage them for you!)
9. Avoid alcohol.
10. Breastfeed.
11. Take the following supplements: Biotics D Mulsion Forte; Indole 3 Carbinol, omega-3 fish oil, tumeric and sulforaphane. (contact me to place your order).
12. Include apples, onions, broccoli, berries, raw nuts, ground flax meal and green tea in your diet.
13. Eliminate sugar, high fructose corn syrup, white flour and all highly refined foods.
14. Eat organic as much as possible.
15. Drink only purified water.
16. Exercise at least one hour daily.
17. Reduce body fat.
18. Avoid deli and luncheon meats, and anything else that contains sodium nitrite.

20. Avoid trans fats and hydrogenated vegetable oils. (Read the entire list of ingredients on all products)
21. Do not smoke.
22. Spend time in a sauna at least once a week.
