Kismet Group's primary business involves the renovation, adaptive re-use, and resale of distinctive residential and commercial buildings in the urban cores of metropolitan Phoenix. As the Designated Broker Adell has been involved in the financing, marketing, brokerage and interior design of the properties. These projects have received press by Desert Living Magazine, The Business Journal and The Arizona Republic. In 2006 Adell opened juve` facial rejuvenation salon. A destination salon in North Scottsdale specializing in ELR; an all natural, non-invasive, non-surgical facial rejuvenation and anti-aging treatment. It is here that Adell discovered her passion for helping women look and feel their best, achieving optimum benefits through cutting edge medical technology and the body's ability to heal itself. Adell is a member of NAWBO, a committee member in the mentoring program; she also serves on the board of Women's Enterprise Foundation (WEF) and is a member of the Women Winning Worldwide Program, and Women of Scottsdale.
