Chat, Chew and Chocolate:
When I created Chat, Chew and Chocolate it was out of three values that I adore: love, inspiration and empowerment. At the first Chat, Chew and Chocolate event (for my 14 clients/friends) it had those three core values at the center, but it was sprinkled with lots of fun, inspiration and loads of chocolate which made it a huge hit. Since then, the company has created many friendships, helped thousands of women find balance, hosted hundreds of events and inspired thousands of women (read their testimonials here). But whatever season of life you are in I'm glad you found us at this point in time. Why? I believe that people, resources and things come into your life at the perfect time. So we found each other, perfectly! Whether you join our online community, go to a CCC church club or attend a retreat, we hope that you are inspired to stress less and live more. CCC is a great place not only to have fun (we love doing that) but we have play with purpose! "Superwomen" from all over the world are part of the CCC community. It feels like we are all striving for more balance, better health, positive girlfriends and the-all-magical more Me Time. WHY? When we are running so fast in 10 different directions it's hard to be present with others, pay attention to our health, build our marriage, nurture our spirit, go deeper in our faith or fulfill our dreams. THAT is why we do what we do. We are in this journey together, because all of the women on the CCC team are Superwomen too! Founder, Dena Marie Patton

Dena is a native of Phoenix, Arizona and has always had a passion for leadership, fun, connection, fabulous women, and making a difference. She became a business owner at the age of 24 in NYC with an award-winning marketing and publishing company and at age 26 she experienced a minor-stroke that caused her to sell her company and choose a more balanced lifestyle which included a career move. She moved back to her home state of Arizona to be close to family and friends, and for the past ten years Dena has helped people create a life they love with heart and balance. Her coaching practice offers both lifestyle coaching and leadership/business coaching at www.DenaPatton.com. Out of her passion for connection, women and leadership she founded Chat, Chew and Chocolate which has 10,000 members worldwide and clubs nation-wide. Dena has won over 15 business awards and has been featured in over 30 media stories including; CNN radio, Phoenix Magazine, Entrepreneur.com, Business Journal, Arizona Republic, ABC, NBC and First For Women Magazine. Her lessons, trials and insights are going into a book that will be out soon: Powerfully Living, Gracefully Dying. Dena's has many roles in her life, but by far her favorite is playing mom to three year old daughter, Alexandra (pictured).

Our founder co-created The Summer Spaaah Series that has raised over $100,000 for Fresh Start Women's Foundation; in addition in 2009 we helped to start a charity called The Girls Rule Foundation, which helps girls build their self-esteem through educational-based workshops.
