What is Chat, Chew and Chocolate?

When I created Chat, Chew and Chocolate it was out of three values that I adore: love, inspiration and empowerment. At the first Chat, Chew and Chocolate party (for my 14 clients/friends) it had those three core values at the center, but it was sprinkled with lots of fun, chocolate and wine too, which made it a huge hit. Since then, the company has created many friendships, hosted hundreds of events and inspired thousands of women (read their testimonials here). But whatever stage of life you are in I'm glad you found us at this point in time. Why? I believe that people, resources and things come into your life at the perfect time. So we found each other, perfectly! Whether you join our online community, or go to a chapter event, or attend our retreats, or simply buy a Tshirt, we hope that you are inspired to stress less and live more. CCC is a great place not only to have fun (we love doing that) but we have play with purpose! "Superwomen" from all over the world are part of the CCC community (online and offline) and we know you, like all of them, are super busy. But you are also striving for more balance, better health, positive girlfriends and the-all-magical-ME-TIME! Well, this is the place to get all of that! We are in this journey together, because all of the women on the CCC team (42) are Superwomen too! So join us, let's be in the journey together and create a future that we love!

Our mission is to provide Superwomen (busy women!) with fun, friendship and Me Time through our live inspirational events and programs, and our social networking website. Many women put themselves on the back burner, leaving little time for Me Time or friend time which are pertinent to a balanced life. So we started a Friendship Movement in hopes to inspire busy women to give themselves permission to take Me Time, but also to create opportunities for fabulous women to meet each other. Friendship is a precious thing, especially to overworked, busy women. We need those outlets and downtime with ourselves and with friends to keep our lives in balance. As a new mom to 23 month old Alexandra Grace, and a wife to my wonderful husband, plus being a speaker, CEO and life coach, I need Me Time more than ever. I love to spread the messages of CCC, but I also take heart to our message and try to practice it often! We know that women ROCK and together we can change the world so we give back to our communities often. One of my favorite components of Chat, Chew and Chocolate is how we give back, not only to our charity, The Girls Rule Foundation, but to other charities, schools and organizations. Our Five-Point Platform Helps Superwomen Stay Refueled:
  • Large Events: CCC produces six award-winning private events for your groups of women (10-10000). These programs can be 30 minutes to 4 hours and will be customized to your goals and budget. We'll bring our inspirational programs, professional speakers and plenty of chocolate, you just bring your fabulous women! Is it a retreat you are looking for? Check out our amazing weekend retreats here held in Paradise Valley, Arizona, or we can customize a retreat that is 1-3 days for your small group of women.
  • Medium/local Events: We also have amazing women who are Chapter Directors who host local CCC Signature Monthly Events through their public Chapters. These are fabulous, live events that are open to the public with no membership fee. Just pay for the events you attend. Each event is filled with fun, friendship and inspiration with a side of chocolate! The Signature Monthly Events are social groups specifically designed to be your once-a-month escape from roles and responsibilities and a place to enjoy Me Time and friendship. Come alone or with friends - simply register and show up to meet 20-50 other fabulous women in your area! But be warned there are a few rules at CCC chapters: No drama. No business. No negativity.   • Small/Intimate Events! Our fabulous 'Signature Event' is now captured in the CCC Party Kit (comes in our fabulous tote bag pictured above!) which is everything you need (15 items including decorations, goodie bags and gourmet chocolate) so that you can host your very own CCC party for your friends or group of women. It's the fun and affordable way to connect with your friends verses going out on an expensive night on the town or gathering over a book.
  • CCC ONLINE! Our free eClub is a wonderful place you can connect with other fabulous women worldwide through online forums or create your own online group, do a zip code search for new friends in your area or join the CCC Travel Club. But don't forget to meet our 26 Lifestyle Experts from around the world who write monthly articles that will inspire your life in 26 different areas. Plus you receive great benefits like merchandise discounts, inspiration, and useful news about women's health and balance.
  • CCC GIVING!: We created The National Day of Play to inspire women to take a day off and celebrate the importance of friendship. We encourage women all over the world to gather with friends and do something fun on March 6th Sign up here!   • SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY - Chat, Chew and Chocolate has always given back to our communities in many ways. Our founder co-created a yearly FUNdraiser called The Summer Spaaah Series that has raised over $50,000 for Fresh Start Women's Foundation; in addition in 2009 we started our own charity called The Girls Rule Foundation, which is helps teen girls build their self-esteem through mentorship-based events. Lastly, each chapter (14) are encouraged to give back in their own neighborhoods which has included book drives, fundraisers, cancer walks and troop care packages.
