team of facilitators will guide you through the ultimate girls weekend that will refresh and excite your spirit. This is only one of our
luxury, all-inclusive retreats that will be hosted in a Private Mountainside Estate
House at the world renown Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa
(pictured above) in beautiful Paradise Valley, Arizona. This retreat is designed to inspire your soul, excite and play, empower

- Plus..Your registration includes everything in the weekend plus a few extra treats: all facilitation, supplies, fabulous gifts and materials, and fabulous celebrity speakers. Plus you will have full access to the resort amenities, enjoy a luxury Sanctuary spa treatment, indulge in our famous Friday night chocolate happy hour, and enjoy delicious, healthy meals throughout the weekend. Saturday night brings a special treat as you will enjoy dinner at the award-winning Elements Restaurant, home to Food Network Chef Beau MacMallin. These inspirational retreats are limited to only 20 women per weekend. Accommodations are included and offered at both the retreat house (limited to eight, first come first serve) or in a private casita at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa.

Itinerary 'light' Summary: - Friday evening: You are welcome to come to the Sanctuary early to enjoy world-class amenities, the pool or an extra spa treatment. Then check into your room at 3pm then and join us at the retreat house at 430pm for our fabulous Chocolate Happy Hour, wine and hors d'oeuvres with all retreat participants. It's only the beginning to a fabulous weekend!
- Saturday: The morning starts with a light Tai Chi class and a healthy and scrumptious breakfast. Followed by free time to dress for the day and journal. We then enjoy the fabulous morning sessions with our stylists, private shopping, and makeup experts. Followed by a fit and healthy lunch; then it's on to our Celebrity Guest Speaker session this is an intimate and 'living room experience' with Martha Beck. The late afternoon is reserved for spa appointments, pool time, and resort amenities. Later we meet for a sunset cocktail hour on the patio of the retreat house followed by dinner at the world-renowned Elements Restaurant, home to Food Networks Chef Beau Mac.
- Sunday: The day starts with a light stretch class and a healthy and scrumptious breakfast.
Followed by free time to dress for the day and journal. The morning
continues into with an uplifting and inspirational session with Dena Patton that will
leave you refueled and motivated, followed by a light lunch. You are
encouraged to stay on campus and enjoy the amenities of the resort
after we check out at 1pm. Full

Featured Speakers:- Martha Beck is a writer and "life coach" who holds a bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies, and Master's and Ph.D. degrees in sociology from Harvard University. Beck has written four books and is a contributing editor for many popular magazines, including Real Simple and Redbook, and is currently a columnist for O, the Oprah Magazine. - Dena Patton In 1999 Dena sold her marketing and publishing company in NYC after a minor stroke interrupted her life. She redirected her career to become a professional life and business coach for women; a career that she has enjoyed for the past ten years. In 2005 she founded Chat, Chew & Chocolate (CCC), which is an award-winning events and inspiration company that is dedicated to bringing inspirational messages and positive lifestyle changes to millions of Superwomen worldwide. CCC has a five-point platform online & offline that serves inspiration to thousands of members and chapters nationwide.
Occupancy/Lodging Details:
- If you are traveling in a pair (or 3): occupancy at the retreat estate is reserved for groups of 2 & 3 to share a room.
- If you are traveling alone: occupancy is exclusively reserved for you at one of the private casitas.
- If you are traveling in pairs (or 3): you may also choose one of the private casitas as an option.
All participants fees also includes:
