The Superwoman Syndrome
If you are a busy woman with multiple roles and responsibilities we call you a Superwoman! Go Red For Women & Heart Month
Each month we have a different theme at CCC and February is always Heart and Stroke Awareness Month and February 5th is Go Red For Women Day! This month is very important given that heart disease is the #1 killer of women, so ladies listen up! There's a few things that are very important when it comes to your heart: 1. Know your numbers 2. have a self-care plan 3. make healthy lifestyle choices. For more info click here.

Chapters in February...
Where else can you find a national company with local chapters that are designed just for busy women? Our chapters are fabulous, affordable and easy to participate (never a membership!)! The chapter events not only offer a place to escape your roles and responsibilities for three hours, but to enjoy plenty of chocolate, wine and Girlfriend Time! The chapters are open to the public and there's never a membership fee, just pay per event and fill up on fun, friendship and chocolate. Each Month CCC has a new theme reflected at our chapter events and some of our online elements. February is National Heart & Stroke Awareness Month!
